Are your products handmade?

Yes, all our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted in our workshop. Each piece is unique.

What are the materials used in your jewellery?

We use high-quality materials such as 14-18 carat gold, 925 sterling silver, diamonds and natural stones, gold plating, and rose plating. You can find detailed information in each product description.

How long is the shipping time?

Your order will be custom-made for you and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery time within Türkiye is usually 1-2 business days.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes, we only create custom designs with real gold (14K/18K) . We can create custom designs for personal projects like solitaire rings and wedding rings.

Do you have gift wrapping options?

Yes, all our orders are shipped in a stylish gift box. We can also include a note card if you'd like.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Because all of our products are handcrafted and made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not possible. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something falls short of your expectations, please contact us so we can assist you. We evaluate each situation individually and strive to do our best.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer payment options via credit card, debit card and money transfer/EFT .

Can I place a bulk or custom order?

Yes, we welcome bulk orders from both domestic and international organizations for corporate, individual, and special occasions . We offer completely customized design and production solutions for your needs, including engagements, weddings, brand collaborations, special collections, and corporate gifts.
