However, if all the standards are as stated, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Because these are entirely handmade designs, there may be issues. However, we can send you photos or a video of the product you receive via Instagram to clarify any questions you may have.

I do all my work using the traditional pen workmanship used by the old Ottoman Armenian masters, as I learned in the Grand Bazaar, and the sculpting and carving technique, which is my own area of interest.
In my improvised designs, which are inspired by the emotions evoked by the raw, natural stones I use, I combine stones using the "nailing" technique, an old-fashioned craft, without using any chemical ingredients.
